Lamb ribs
Lamb ribs seasoned with a mixture of spices and nuts. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the meat in a baking dish on greaseproof paper. Cover with greaseproof paper and aluminum foil and place in the oven. Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Then remove the greaseproof paper and aluminum foil from the meat and bake for another 15 minutes at 220 degrees.
Ingredients: lamb, basil, parsley, almonds, pistachios, garlic, salt, olive oil
