Ramsteak from domestic beef from Žumberak marinated in a base marinade and ready for pan or grill. Extremely juicy. Portioned for two people.
Preparation: thermally process each side for 2 x 3 minutes and leave on a warm (approx. 60 degrees) base for about 10 minutes before serving.
