Chorizo sausage

Homemade chorizo sausage in a natural casing, ready to bake. For two people.

Preparation: bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Or prepare it on a pan - prick the sausages with a toothpick in several places and cook on the pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. No added fat.
